By submitting your device or storage media to Trust Data Recovery BD, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before engaging our services. These terms are legally binding between you (“Client”) and Trust Data Recovery BD (“Company”).
We provide a free initial assessment of your device where possible.
After evaluation, we will inform you of the recovery possibility, estimated success rate, time, and service charges.
Acceptance of the quotation means you authorize us to proceed with the recovery attempt.
Data recovery success cannot be guaranteed. Each case depends on the condition of the device and damage level.
The Client understands that partial or unsuccessful recovery may occur.
In cases where recovery is impossible, no service fee will be charged, except for agreed diagnostic or handling fees (if any).
All data provided to us is treated as strictly confidential.
We will not copy, disclose, or share your recovered data with any third party without your written consent.
We maintain secure processes to protect client information.
Service charges must be paid in full before release of recovered data.
Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer, Mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), or cash.
If the Client fails to make payment within 30 days after recovery completion, the Company reserves the right to withhold or securely destroy the recovered data.
Recovered data will be returned on a new storage device provided by the Client or purchased from us at additional cost.
The Company is not responsible for compatibility issues with the Client’s device or software.
Clients must collect devices or recovered data within 30 days of job completion.
While we take the utmost care during the recovery process, Trust Data Recovery BD is not liable for:
Further damage to the device during diagnostic or recovery attempts.
Loss of data if recovery is unsuccessful.
Any indirect damages, loss of business, profit, or opportunity caused by data loss.
Maximum liability shall not exceed the service fee paid by the Client.
Recovered data is provided “as-is.” The Company does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or future usability.
Once data is delivered and verified by the Client, the Company bears no responsibility for later issues.
Devices not collected within 60 days of job completion will be considered abandoned. The Company may dispose of such devices at its discretion without liability.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
